2024中美学生人文交流–上海、浙江行
June 25 - July 4
为了增进中美两国青年之间的相互了解和友谊,促进两国文化的民间交流,我们将于2024年6月25日-7月4日举办《2024中美学生人文交流–上海、浙江行》活动。主要活动包据参观浙江各地历史文化名胜、体验中国传统文化、与中国学生交流互动等活动。

To promote mutual understanding and friendship between students in China and the United States and to facilitate cultural exchange between the two countries, we will be hosting the “2024 China-U.S. Student Cultural Exchange – Shanghai and Zhejiang Tour” from June 25 to July 4, 2024. The main activities include visiting historical and cultural sites in Zhejiang, experiencing traditional Chinese culture, and interacting with Chinese students.

U.S. Organizing Institutions: ZUAA-GWDC Foundation, Capital Youth Outreach Club
Eligibility: U.S. students aged 12 and above (U.S.citizenship required)
Program Dates (Beijing Time): June 25, 2024 (arrival) – July 4, 2024 (departure)
Costs:
1. Registration Fee: $100 per person, non-refundable upon successful registration.
2. Deposit: $300 per person, fully refundable after program completion by July 10.

3. U.S-China round-trip airfare, transportation, and visa fees: To be covered by the participant.
4. In-China expenses during the program (accommodation, transportation, meals, activities): Free of charge.
Participation Requirements:
1. Participants must obtain their visa in advance and arrive in Shanghai by June 25.
2. Parents or guardians will not accompany the students. Organizing institutions will provide chaperones throughout the program.
3. For safety reasons, students must adhere to the scheduled itinerary, follow the instructions of chaperones, and not change or add personal activities. Students and parents must sign a waiver form in advance.
Program Itinerary:
June 25: Pick-up at Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG), hotel check-in, tour of the Bund and Nanjing Road.
June 26 – July 3: Visits to Shanghai and Zhejiang, including Yuyuan Garden, West Lake in Hangzhou, Yiwu International Trade Market, Hengdian World Studios (China’s Hollywood), Jinyun Xiandu scenery spot for Yellow Emperor , Chinese Tea Culture, etc.
July 4: Shanghai Pudong International Airport.
