It is time for our alumni to vote for the new President of ZheDa Association in Greater Washington area. I am very pleased to announce that Dr. Quang-Liang Wang has graciously accepted nomination.

As he introduced himself during our Alumni New Year Festival Party of Feb. 2, Quang-Liang graduated from Hangzhou University in 1983 and came to the States in 1987 and received his Ph.D. in 1991 from the University of Arizona. At present, he works with the PharmaKinetics Laboratories, Inc. for drug development programs. Quang-Linag’s brief bio sketch is attached for your reference.

As a procedure set by the previous Board, voting will be through email response although we only have one candidate this year. Please reply this email to vote. Please indicate your full name, school and date for graduation when you reply. Please be aware that the due date for vote is this coming Sunday (Feb. 16, 2003). We will make announcement of counting for votes on Feb. 17 (Monday).
